I was working here as a Business Operations Professional in SPO (BeNeLux)

Team under the roof of PMO

This was basically a 12 member team handling for about 9 projects from

Belgium, Netherlands &

Luxembourg (BeNeLux). I was taking care of 3 projects viz. KPN ( A Well

known Networking Company in Central Europe, Achmea ( A Well known

followed by the onsite client/customer and finally thereby providing them

with the best suitable solution.

> Management reporting on overall profitability of the projects

> Helping in the Onsite Business Operations Team (PMO) in catering their

requirements and ensuring that the business commitments are delivered in

time and with utmost accuracy.

> To prepare a comparative analytical report on the overall involvement of

resources in the project and their tracking their performances.

> Maintaining GP Sheet and preparing the cause & effect relationship

between the Forecasted Vs. Actual GP%

> Preparing Cross System reconciliation: - resources claim their hours in
