Projects Handled:
MBNL UK - Networks Consolidation (Consolidating TMO, Orange and 3 networks) to
MBNL. LTE activation in TMO (In Major Cities and Hot-spots)
Responsibilities on LTE Environment:
Monitor daily and hourly Statistics to figure out the cells that are performing
bad and in turn that are contributing towards the KPI degradation.
LTE Accessibility, Retainibility, Mobility KPI analysis and optimization based
on Blarney PPC Reporting
Coordinating the team and attending the governance calls with the customer to
discuss the network performance.
Dong in-depth analysis on the worst performing cells to find out the root cause
of the problem and to propose changes physically and at Parameter level for
getting those cells to perform back normally.
Neighbor optimization based on PCI Confusion reporting.
Counter level analysis for finding the problem in case of degradation in
accessibility and Retainibility KPI.
Performed detailed Call drop, setup failure, IRAT failures analysis from the
field measurement data.
Well versed with RYDER tools like Blarney, Nemisis, Grennplum, M2000 and PRS

Maintaining Capacity, accessibility, Integrity and retainability by monitoring
and analyzing KPIs regularly such as RRC access success rate, e-RAB success rate
, drop for PS and Low throughput cells

Responsibilities on 3G Environment:
Responsible to maintain Network KPIs for London region.
Monitor, analyze and optimize the major 3G KPIs for the London region.
Identify Hardware faults and raise trouble tickets for the same and follow it up
for quick solutions.
Special focus on the Orange to TMO re-hosts sites, maintain performance.
Identify Capacity bottle necks and provide solution.
Weekly optimization of Black cells and Low throughput cells.
Identify special events and recommend TMPs for them.
Develop new Processes for the Ways of Working.
Neighbor list & Traffic Optimization while parameter configuration for coverage
optimization.
Carried out Indoor Optimization for 3G site newly installed inside the
buildings.
Undertaken & resolved complex RF optimization issues like Paging, external
interference.
Coverage and fine tuning in order to avoid drop call (Tilt, azimuth, MHA).
Perform Drive test as well as the Analysis of Drive test Logs files and changes
recommendations on 3G feature.
Key Performance Indicators (KPI) Such as Call drop RRC Failure RAB Success ratio
for Voice,RAB Success ratio for PS,CSSR,HSDPA/HSUPA Accessibility,HSDPA retain
ability, handover failure rate.
Neighbor list optimization between 3G and 2G cell, and between HSDPA and R99
cells and fine tuning to avoid ping pong handover.
Pilot Pollution analysis, down tilting sites, Missing Neighbor Analysis,
Handover and Coverage Optimization, HO IRAT and RAC and interference analysis
throughput HSDPA/HSUPA drive test.
Plan and fine tune the orientation and down tilt of antenna to ensure proper
signal distribution (reasonably good RSCP, Ec/lo, overshoot control non-dominant
pilot region control) and eliminate rapid signal change condition in the target
area.
Analyze drive test logs data for further investigation on the drop calls,
blocked call, access failure, SHO, IRAT HO failure, HSDPA throughput (Layer 3
messages) using NEMO,TEMS Investigations Tool
Perform Drive test analysis for Motorways, Railway lines and Major towns and
cities and perform optimization.
Co-coordinating DT Team for SSV and Troubleshooting for Problematic sites.
