Project Coordinator/Estimator: Jun 2014 – Current

• Review proposal specification and drawings to determine scope of work and required contents of estimate.

• Review design options and manufacturability recommended by design engineer; adopt best practices based

on cost, engineering process, availability of materials and/or other factors.

• Prepare Costing Sheet based on product design and manufacturing process

• Ensure that estimate reflect current costs and that the costing database is kept up to date.

• Conduct detail analysis of completed estimate including benchmarking against similar product.

• Ensure timely and accurate completion and submission of customer quotation documentation.

• Maintain a database, sales forecast and files of working documents as back-up for estimate figures, including

current (accurate) information on prices from supplier through direct contact, sales brochures, price lists, etc.

• Retrieve, Process and upload data to Customer Portal.

• Provide technical support and assistance in to sales group on costing, new products and engineering changes

as required.

• Initiate new product launch, contract review and kickoff new Product.
