Lead Product Engineer
Websense makes web-filtering and desktop security software for protecting and controlling IT resources.
• Collaborated with Product Management to refine product definition.
• Authored technical specification documents that served as the primary basis for all detailed design documents, test plans and end-user
documentation. Assisted in project planning to ensure on time deployment.
• Consistently led highly successful, technically complex implementations of new system features.
• Participated in on-site customer implementations, domestic and international, bringing resolution to challenging issues and gathering real-
world usage data for future releases.
