Data, PPT, Tooling Direction) which needed to start work i.e. received
from client or Team leader.
> Creating close volume with creation of 'B' & 'C' surface from 'A'
surface i.e. received from Client.
> Creating Engineering Feature as per Assembly Feasibility.
> Creating Tooling direction, Slider& Lifter Direction and Parting Line.
> Clearing all the Features from Tooling Direction Using Draft Analysis.
> Basic knowledge in making 2D proposals.

1. FRONT_WAIST_LH (Door Trim):
> 'A' surface & reference of tooling direction being the input.
> Checking Tangential error in received A surface.
> Checking 'A' Surface by Draft Analysis with the reference of Tooling
direction.
> If there is no reference tooling direction being in input then created
the tooling direction and performing the draft analysis for 'A'
surface with that Tooling direction.
> Making 2-D Proposals as for Assembly Feasibilities, with surrounding
data (Door Substrate).
> Creating Flanges as per Environmental data.
> Generate parting surface and create closed surface and closed body.
> Perform Draft analysis and create Parting Line.
> Using the Clash & Sectioning tool in Space analysis tool bar, to
analyze whether the part has any clash or contact with the mating
surface
2. FRONT_DECOR STRIP_BASE VERSION_LH 1(DOOR TRIM) :
> 'A' surface & reference of tooling direction being the input.
> Checking Tangential error in received A surface.
> Checking 'A' Surface by Draft Analysis with the reference of Tooling
direction.

3.FRONT_DECOR STRIP_COMFORT VERSION_LOWER_LH (DOOR TRIM).:
> 'A'-Surface was the input.
> B-Surface was made by offsetting 'A' surface.
> Closed surface was made with the help of surrounding environment
> Closed body was made.
> Flanges were created according to environment data.
> Engineering features were added for assembly purpose.
> Draft analysis was carried out and parting lines were shown.
