I am the Frontline Leader for the warehouse currently over 2nd shift. My job consist of sequencing all the loads

each day, assigning my team members to assigned work, check each day for mis-pick error, run out of stock report

daily before each shift starts, in which results in making sure those trucks with out of stocks on them are unloaded

first, and assign all the loads to trailers with seals on them. I also maintain efficiency reports hourly during each

shift with an accurate case count of each associate
