Description:
The Public Service Electric and Gas,PSEG,LI provides public electric power supply in NY. It has 5
new server locations where the Siebel application has to be migrated. It uses Siebel Public sector
and there is lot of customizations to provide relevant information to customer in the “My Account”
functionality which is of much importance. The system has to integrate with multiple external
systems as Mainframe, SAP and Data warehouse.

• Gathered requirements to establish the project definition/scope as the firm moved from Oracle to
Couch Database to support Tablet applications. After initial launch the application had over a
hundred users.

customization and Data management of this specific portion is handled by Siebel. Since Siebel is a
part of the whole solution footprint, Siebel interfaces with other Modules as Oracle EBS, Demantra
and Hyperion Applications to ensure a smooth Data Flow. The Project involved Siebel Config, EAI,
EIM and Siebel Workflows. Through these entities, it was able to achieve Complex and High-level
Client Requirements. IFFCO UAE implemented Siebel Consumer Goods application for trade and
marketing promotion. It involved integration with Oracle EBS to fetch customer, contact, products
and price related data. For promotion brand planning was done in Hyperion. The Brand plan data
was brought into Siebel using the EIM load.
