Job Description:

•Performs duties of the architecture, engineering, construction and renovation services which include

determining architectural/interior design and decorations needs for various projects such as

palaces, villas, hospitality, commercial centers, malls, showrooms, offices, restaurants, resort places,

entertainment centers, a yacht and others.

•Prepares detailed drawings and specifications, and monitoring/coordinating construction projects.

Communicates with all levels of design and engineering personnel and outside contractors.

•SKETCH feasibility studies as required, analyzing architectural/interiors and engineering problems or

enhancement request in order to document specifications and develop cost solutions for implementations.

Related Resposibilities:

•Handles different projects at a time from mobilization stage to hand over stage (including the subcontractors,

suppliers, workers at site.)

• Negotiating suppliers quotes

• Projects BOQ's

• Projects Scheduled programs/ Scope of works

• Revision and implementation of these programs

• Delegating to all the team players the right tasks and assisting them in the implementation of their tasks

• Coordination with the Projects consultants and the client's representative throughout all the project's phases.

• Last but not least is the attention to the details throughout the continuous site inspections and follow ups.
