Mr. Allen is the training manager responsible for research and analysis of

oilfield as well as general industry. He is also responsible for the training of the

Radiological, Nuclear, and Explosive(CBRNE) equipment, statutes,

Driver Operator, EMT-I, Certified Fire and Explosive Investigator;
Mr. Allen was assigned to C-shift in the Fire Department as a driver
operator and EMT-I, with primary duties of fire suppression, medical
response and fire and explosion investigations. Throughout his career in the
fire service he has responded to a wide verity of calls from structure fires,
explosions, wrecks, entrapments, hazardous materials incidents, search and
rescue, and countless medical emergencies. Within the fire department Mr.
Allen was tasked with fire prevention for the community including going into
the schools and teaching the children about fire safety, in which Mr. Allen was
heavily involved. Mr. Allen’s duties as fire and explosion investigator, would
include investigating the scene and determine cause and origin of the fire or
explosion, collect evidence, and assist the police department in prosecuting
criminal cases. As a driver operator he would serve as acting Lieutenant upon
the absence of the station Lieutenant. When serving as acting station
Lieutenant would supervise as many as six fire fighters in both station duties
and emergency situations.
Mr. Allen is a certified fire and explosive investigator and certified fire
investigator instructor through National Association of Fire Investigators
(NAFI) as recognized by National Fire Protection Association and Eastern
Kentucky University. In addition he has been recognized as an expert witness
on fire and explosion investigator in court. Mr. Allen has attended numerous
classes throughout his career on fire suppression, fire and explosion
investigation, WMD, and Hazmat operations, from various entities such as
the NM State Fire Academy, National Fire Academy, International
Association of Arson Investigators, National Associations of Fire
Investigators, NM State Forestry Division, Eastern Kentucky University,
Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms, Arkansas State Fire Academy,

Mr. Allen was the lead sales and service technician responsible for
maintaining customer relationships throughout the state of New Mexico and
West Texas. Mr. Allen’s duties included inspecting businesses and advising
them of their needs for fire protection equipment as well as maintaining and
servicing the equipment that they already owned. During his tenure, Mr. Allen
increased and expanded the business of AAA Fire Pro, increasing the need for
equipment that would continue to help the business grow and prosper. Mr.
Allen not only sold and serviced the equipment; he provided safety classes and
operational classes for businesses as well as individuals, so that they would be
comfortable and confident with the fire suppression equipment that they
purchased. This provided the customer the utmost confidence and relationship
needed in order to form a lasting relationship.
