Starting up ovens verifying oven set points and conveyor speeds. Turning on mixing booth, checking air valves and opening them if needed. Verifying coating to work order and setup coating to be mix. Positioning 5gal bucket of coating under the agitator with basket (birdcage) adjusting air pressure for mixing coating. Adding addictive (MEK, Acid)
Sitting up lance with proper blocks for joints being coated. Centering lance and adjusting lance speed and mils for proper mils. Inspecting pipe with dry mil and wet mil gauges, sanding, blowing out each joint. Moving joints with 10 ton crane .Filling out paperwork for each daily order and inputting joint count in oven (Start/End).
