RE: Aged Carers with 457 visa and RSMS

I graduated Certificate III in Aged Care & Certificate III in Home & Community Care at Medical Admin Training. I have 3 years and 2 months of experience as an Aged Carers in Anglicare Southern Queensland (St. Martins Nursing Home), provides me with a range of practical capabilities that will meet the needs of the Aged Carers position in your organisation. My key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Provide direct care activities to patients in accordance with the nursing care plan and under the supervision of an RN/EN.
• Provide support to people living with Dementia.
• Ensures all information and data regarding patients is recorded on appropriate charts and reported to the RN as required.
• Assists the nursing staff by observing and reporting promptly any changes in the condition or well-being of residents
The position has given me employability skills whilst also allowing me to experience working in a culturally respectful environment.
Conversely, at present I am holding a Temporary Visa for 5 years, and will be requiring your organisation’s sponsorship for the role that I am applying.
