Project Brief

• MARKETING PROJECT - The project emphasized on mainly the IMC strategy that
should be taken by BRU to grow its market share in the eastern part of India as Nestle holds a
large part of the total market. We had taken Advertising, Sales promotional techniques that
can be used as a measure to increase the volume of share in the eastern region.
• HRM PROJECT ON JOB SATISFATION - This project was done with a view to have a
holistic idea of job satisfaction in banking and jwellery industry. We have interviewed the HR manager with
a set of questionnaire and projected along with our theoretical knowledge to arrive at specific conclusion
suggesting lacks and benefits.

• SUGGESTIVE MARKETING STRATEGIES OF RECENT UPCOMING MOVIES - This
project basically contains suggestive future marketing strategies of the movie Besharam which casted
Ranbir Kapoor. We had to present this in terms of the 4P’s and also any new addition if required. It
basically focused on holding promotional events at different cities, use of various brands and various social
networking sites.
• PROJECT ON GREAT INDIAN CARNIVAL(GIC) – This project was mainly based on how
different companies promote their product during the festive season. We had taken Durga Puja and
Ramadan and the companies we chose were PEPSI, COCACOLA, AIRTEL,AIRCEL and Shiraz golden
restaurant. We had mainly focused on the advertising and sales promotional campaigns that they had
used to increase their revenue and earn profit maximization goals.
