Senior Business Analyst

Responsible for site analysis of over 100+ warehouse distribution centers around the globe for migration from the current incumbent service provider/owner to our new Citrix and Virtual Desktop Environment (VDI) infrastructure solution. I interview each computer user to gain an understanding of the critical applications in use, data transfers occurring and any customer or client specific business needs and assist in translating this into business and functional requirement documents and business process work flows. I worked with project managers, business partners, developers, Citrix architects, vendors, suppliers and technology team members while analyzing the environments and driving process improvements as well as contributing to end-user and project management documentation.
