transcribing dictation, and composing and preparing confidential
correspondence, reports, and other complex documents, creating and
maintaining database and spreadsheet files arranging complex and detailed
travel plans and itineraries, and compiling documents for travel-related
meetings. Additional responsibilities include creation of Power point
slides/presentations, spreadsheets, flow charts, reports, documents, and
use of other desktop computer technology tasks assigned.
