Chief Engineer
Accountable for the daily operation and maintenance of over 600,000sq. ft. of
commercial properties with an operating staff of five engineers.
Manage major project renovation, new tenant build outs and upgrade within the
building as part of a value added service for the clients.
Work closely with Property Asset Manager/s, and Building Management Team on
yearly budget, RFP, and bid comparison analysis and recommendation.
Spearheading various Energy Programs such as; Energy Star, LEED Efforts,
annual Energy Curtailment Program participation with local electric vendor
(PEPCO), and building energy night audits.
Supervised engineers and implement a comprehensive PM program.
Creating a positive working environment for the Team.
Provides in house training on Blue Print reading, Electrical line diagrams,
Electrical wiring and Schematics, Lock out / Tag out, Fire and Life Safety
procedures, HVAC PM procedure and Building Automated System ( BAS ).
Some BAS systems very familiar with including: the Siemens Apogee system,
Automated Logics ( EMS ), HVAC Concept, etc..

Lead Operating Engineer
Responsible for daily start-up and shut down of the building.
Maintain Plumbing, Electrical, maintain low / high pressure Chiller operation,
maintain low pressure Steam Boiler operation, Water Treatment Program and Fire
Alarm Systems.
Perform PM on Low Pressure Boiler / PM on Chillers and Cooling Tower
maintenance.
Complete PM on Trane / McQuay Package Units ( 20 – 80 tons Units ).
Complete PM on Natural Gas and Diesel fueled Emergency Generator, and load
testing.
Maintain building’s Pneumatic System operation.
Maintain building’s Keying schedule, installing locks and re-keying locks.
Evaluate work orders to ensure tenant comfort, elimination of re-occurring
nuisance work order and proper response time.
Maintenance Engineer
Respond to service calls
Maintain Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Cooling Tower maintenance and repairs,
Water Treatment Program and Fire Alarm Systems.
Repair doors and installing locks ( re-keying ), repair pumps, motors and fans.
