Field Coordinator for Puerto Rico Aqueduct Sewer Authority (PRASA) Non Revenue
Water Reduction Program. As the owner’s representative for the east region, the work
included field coordination with ten (10) crews in order to suspend water service to
residents that were using it without the proper registration. Coordinating materials and
tools for the crews, collecting the data in order to keep track of each case, prepare
production reports for the client.
For the East Region more than 2,000 services were suspended in a six (6) months
period, resulting in more than $1,000,000 in additional revenues for the client.
