Description: Assisted Service ATM project allows the Team members to authenticate at the TSS before

they bring the ATM to staffed or non staffed mode. Once the ATM is in staffed mode customer can use the

ATM in business for a withdrawal of higher amount and the amount that increases the threshold value

goes to the tablet for the Teller assistance or approval. The customer can request for assistance from

various screens like Get Cash, Main Menu, Amount entry screen or receipt screen which go via staffed or

downstream applications like Tacs. The assisted service ATMs are built slowly to replace the existing

ATMs.
