. My job was to ensure production times and quality guidelines were

achieved. I assisted upper management in decisions involving aerospace

machining processes and engineering process control. I was responsible

for as many as 90 subordinates and their machines/processes. I

utilized production measures including LEAN, KAIZAN, Six-sigma SPC,

ISO 9000 with shop CAD/CAM drawings and shop floor control and QA. I

was responsible for salary reviews, performance evaluations and

problem solving techniques.

. I enhanced memberships by creating a family friendly atmosphere. While

maintaining elegance and luxury, I changed the persona of the Day Spa
