Responsibilities
My duties are greet customers, operating switch board, Making reservations, checking in and out guests.
Processing cash, checks, and credit card payments. Receive and distribute mail. Make schedules for front
desk employees. Filing, faxing, photocopying. Assisting with bank deposit and maintaining key inventory
management. Responding to a wide variety of guests requests by accurately assessing each guests needs
and adding personal recommendation to achieve maximum customer satisfaction. Train front desk staff in
technical duties, guest service skills, and telephone sales skills. Serve as Manager-on Duty in the absence
of the General Manager. Complete shift reports and promote, enroll, answer questions regarding LaQuinta's
frequent stay program.
