following up visiting people needing offices; providing secretarial assistance to the Director and an
Economic Advisor by organizing and following up on video conferences; making sure that necessary
documentation is followed up; and other Ad hoc tasks assigned by the Executive Assistant.
-Calendar Management for two supervisors.
-Follow up on Consultants Request to be advertised on Econsultant2 and also on Services to be Procured
for different projects for my supervisors.

-Liaison between Economists releasing a Research Proposal and Research Committee Secretariat by
Saving Documents’ Proposals and acknowledging Receipt on an automated database.
-Drafting Routine Correspondence for Hiring Experts and Looking for Alternative/Similar Expertise CVs to
attach to Contracts of researchers that review Research Proposals. Liaise with Researcher through the
world to ensure they comply with the new World Bank Payment System.
-Organize the “Economist Forum” which comprise of liaising and coordinating the setup of a new
Departmental room, coordinating with 17 sets of groups and printing numerous copies of the
presentations. (Work included arrangements for about three weeks.)
-Handle the arrival of new staff which comprise of ordering new Lotus Notes account, new internet
connection, voice mail and telephone order, as well as other tasks.
-Assist the Lead PREM Economist with arranging his calendar foreseeing future conflicts.
- Handle administrative assistance to 5 TTLs, including one Country Resident Representative which had
numerous projects in Central America.
-Prepare TR and SOE for STCs for different missions (Operational Travel and Training) both in
Headquarters and in other cities.
-Organize and handle all administrative issues for a 30 government official training in Headquarters
comprising from issuance of special visitors passes, massive printing, luncheon arrangements, etc.
-Check, Got Clearance and Submit numerous Contract requests for Payment in SAP for divisional STCs
and vendors. Also entering Econsult2 contracts and extensions.
