• Rebuilt sales organization in 2007 to account for loss of Kuhlman Transformer sales force from buy

• Integrated Condumex wire and cable division into sales team to allow for introduction of utility

cable products with substation equipment in 2010

• Sales team responsible for a combine $38 million in transformer sales in 2013. Personally

responsible for $24 million of sales
