Managed a team of Technical Consultants and Alliance Managers that were

responsible for guiding ISV's through the process of integrating with

Tivoli Products. This program was successful in integrating with over 150

ISV products that resulted in many joint customer engagements as well as

joint marketing programs. The revenue generated by this program was $30M

over a 3 year period.

COMPAQ, Houston, TX 1992 - 1998

Senior Technologist 1996 - 1998

Worked directly with various partners in the integration of their products

with Compaq Insight Manager. Partners included Tivoli, CA, BMC and Cisco.

This gave Compaq greater visibility in the Enterprise space and allowed

them to be more prominent in the large datacenters.

UNIX Administrator 1992 - 1996

UNIX administrator on various platforms including SUN, HP, Solbourne and

Apollo. Created an Enterprise backup / restore / archive strategy.

Implemented this strategy using commercially available products. The

results of this strategy greatly reduced time for backup / archive

activities as well as significantly reduced the amount of loss data.
