Description:

The objective of 911 Net is the maintenance of data by Intrado and

correcting them whenever reported by carriers or other 911 Net support

people. PSAP, the call taker helps the caller based on their and alerts the

nearest public safety centers to provide the necessary service. The Change

request for modifying or adding a new data in MySQL is created by PSAP is

stored in MySQL Server database and then it is carried through the WORKFLOW

process to authorize, complete and archive the process. The successful

completion of workflow results in changing the record in MySQL. 911 Net is

a tool that helps customers managed subscriber data, street address

characteristics and data correction via the internet. Provides the ability

to view MSAG data in the database. Provides the ability for PSAPs to

request Intrado to update, delete, or add data to MSAGs.
