My work as a junior technical support at Concept IT Business was mostly focused on learning .Net

framework and C# programming language through assisting Senior Developers and supported clients as

technical support assistant through telephone and e-mails to solve their problems. I used to stay in the

office even after completing my shift, just to learn more. My interest to learn and commitment for work

was always appreciated by my manager.

January 2013- April 2014 Site Member and Assistant Site Manager, TDC, London.

By actively participating in Traffic Data Centre (TDC) Company for the improvement of traffic conditions

and Records maintenance I have achieved organization and management skills through assisting the Site

Manager in two projects one at Fulham, other at Canary Warf and worked as a site member for about

thirteen projects. My work as a assistant site manager was to lead a team and allocate their tasks, explain

the project rules, collect the data from the team members, maintaining all the records and in the end

submitting it to the Manager. As a site member my work was to record the traffic flow, asking passengers

about the transport facilities through a survey and making a note of it. I was promoted as assistant site

manager for two projects because of my consistent performance.

SKILLS:

IT Microsoft Word, Microsoft Power point and Microsoft Excel.

Programming Languages :- C, C++,JAVA,SQL,HTML,UML and ASP.NET.

I have learned c# programming language using Visual studio in my Enterprise

Software Engineering module through which I have created a University Ticket

Booking prototype using .Net platform and scored 70% in it.

I have learned Object Oriented programming concepts and rules in my Software

Tools and Techniques module and implemented them in my Shopping market

prototype at JAVA platform. And using Unified Modelling Language(UML),

described the system design and system model, scored 72% in it.

Languages Fluent in English, Urdu, Hindi and Telugu. Moderate in Arabic.

Communication I have been living in the UK for more than a year and I have improved my

communication skills through seminars and interacting with different

people in my traffic data collection job to fill the survey questionnaires. In my

Post graduation I have delivered presentations as part of my modules for

which I completed valuable research on my subject to present them in an

informative way. I have obtained A+ in presentations and appreciations from

my lecturers and friends.
