MAJOR ACCOMPLISHMENTS

• Completed end to end implementation and data migration for NCPTS product in 12 North Carolina counties. The

NCACC Collaborative Property Tax System (NCPTS) is a web-based ERP application which consists of following

modules: Assessment, Billing, Collections, Enforced Collection and Land Records for Counties and Cities. This

application supports integration with critical applications including Register of Deeds, Planning, GIS, and Finance.

• Played role of technical manager (database) for a project with NCDOT and NCDOR to combine vehicle taxes and

vehicle tag fees (Tax and Tag system) into one combined notice for all 100 counties in North Carolina. Designed core

system and six integration points between NCDOT and Vehicle tax system.

• Designed and Implemented data collection process for receiving 3 years of Vehicle tax data from 100 North Carolina

Counties and load it in the state-wide Vehicle tax system.
