PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Operations Manager with an active Secret Clearance experience in strategic development,
logistics, and IT support in the military services and private sector. Traveled, lived, and/or managed

Belvidere Assembly Plant – Chrysler
Quality Assurance Manager June 2014 – May 2015
• Directed, scheduled and managed a team of over 400 Auto Workers on two shifts.
• Increased production of 234 units per week by applying the World Class Management and
lean manufacturing principles and striving to continuously improve work stations equating
to over $10 Million a year in additional revenue, while reducing payroll by 24 personal.
• Assessed the progress of the business and created action plans for continues improvement.
• Reviewed performance of 24 Unit Leaders, mentored individuals and arranged team training
to meet the needs of the business to include training required to meet safety requirements set
by OSHA.
