apartment buildings, Community Building, Maintenance Building, and Sewage Lift Station on a thirty seven acre
site.

Kitchell Contractors, Del Mar, CA
Managed construction remodel of UCSD Hillcrest hospital emergency room and construction of new CT facility.
Managed a Joint Venture, Design-Build OSHPD-3 medical office building. Building included two clinical linear
accelerators, CT scanner, infusion center, and High Dose Radiation rooms.
Managed job teams of up to ten field staff members, including Superintendents, Project Engineers, Field Engineers,
and Field Office Manager.
Managed 257 unit Multi-Family apartment complex. Two four story Type V apartment buildings over two story
below grade Type 1 parking structures.

Provided pre-construction support on various private and public work projects. Prepare quantity surveys, solicit
bids, attend job walks, prepare and submit proposal for various private and public work projects. In my time at Orr
Builders I dramatically help modernize the estimating department procedures, practices and technology.

Supervised and managed multiple public work projects including K-12 and Community College projects,
