dept. employees, programming and set of all machines, SPC,

5S program, continuing improvement cordinator and all

training and evaluation of new hires. Employed from

11/11/13 to present.

Blueridge Tool and Machining. P.O. Box 115 Hollow Oaks Lane, Easley

SC 29641. Was Production Manager/Shop Supervisor, CNC

programmer (Virtual Gibbs Cad-Cam), QA dept and all

measuring equipment. Overseen all aspects of company

including purchasing of all cutting tools and new machine

purchases and capabilities. Working with exotic material

such as inconnel, Haynes 188 cobalt, L605, tungsten and

various types of stainless steels. Employed from 2008-2013.

Precision Valve- High Tech Research & Development Center. 5711 Old

Buncombe Rd. Greenville SC 29609. Class A Toolmaker/ Class

B Mold Builder and group leader over all CNC machines

including programming ( Surf Cam/ Cad-Cam ) and set-up.

Quality Control Expeditor, and overall advisor on Research

& Development Projects. Employed from 2003-2008.

Sagem Inc. 5150 Pelham Rd. Greenville SC 29615. Team Leader of all

manufacturing, quality and heat treat of 3rd shift. Was

cell tech in Ficht fuel injection Dept for ( Evinrude and

Johnson outboard Motors ) prior to becoming Manufacturing

Team Leader on 3rd. Pilot of ISO 9001 program, and 5-S

program Expeditor. Employed from 1996 2002 when company

closed.

G.E. Gas Turbine Division, Garlington Rd. Greenville SC 29604. Job

duties included programming and operating various CNC

machines in A and J bay. Employed from 1990-1995 when I was

layed off with 450 other employees.

Diamond Winter, Whilhelm Winter Street,Travelers Rest SC 29690.

Programmed and operated various machine tools making super

abrasive tools ( diamond coated dressing tools ) mainly for

the aerospace industry such as GE, Bosh, Westinghouse and

others. Very high precision manufacturing facility.

Employed from 1983-1990.

Attended school 8 years pursuing Machine Tool Technologies

Degree, CNC programming and Operation, quality control,

blue print reading, statistical process control, and

Auto/Cad.

SKILLS: Working with extremely tight tolerances and difficult

materials. I exceed very well with getting along with

management and co-workers, and also excel in getting

employees motivated and work together as a team.
