Loss Prevention Supervisor January 2001-May 2007. Worked in multiple locations and

responsible for several locations at once. Responsible for catching shoplifters and working

with law enforcement, oversaw the general safety for stores per company standards, assisted

with the inventory process at several locations to prevent loss to the company.

District Compliance Auditor May 2007-June 2012. Oversaw up to twenty two stores in

multiple states and multiple districts where I performed audits scoring each location to ensure

stores are following company policies and standards. When errors were found I was

responsible for educating and training the executive management team and hourly employees

on how to get back to proper standards and prevent loss to the company. Assisted in the

training of new Loss Prevention and new executive and hourly managers. Liaison between

Kohl’s and inventory services, in charge of running the inventory process at each store in

multiple districts.

Early Morning Replenishment Supervisor June 2012-January 2015. Replenished

merchandise to the salesfloor per company standards while supervising a team of associates.

Coordinated the replenishment team duties with the overnight crew to ensure cohesion

between the two areas. Responsible for the Ship From Store team where orders needed to

be filled accurately and in a timely manner. Assisted in register duties whenever needed to

assist customers as customer service was a huge part of everyone’s job.
