Current Company:

Working as a Junior Engineer (Mechanical) at Prayagraj Power Generation Company Limited, Allahabad (A

company of JAYPEE POWER VENTURE LIMITED).

Duration: From Jan 2012 to till date.

Project details: 1980 MW (660 MW x 3 Units) Supercritical Thermal Power plant.

Responsibilities:

• Boiler Erection work as Erection engineer of 660MW Unit. Including sequential planning,

scheduling, and overall coordination of erection, developmental activities, resource (Manpower,

Machines /Equipment) planning and other discussions. Having work scope of-

• Erection & Commissioning of rotary parts. (I.D, F.D, P.A, Seal Air Fan, APH, Mills)

• Erection and alignment of pressure parts with successfully drainable hydro test done.

• Erection and alignment of structure of boiler and its auxiliaries and landing platforms.

• Operation of 60 tph auxiliary boiler.

• Checking all quality parameters according to Field quality plan& reference drawings.

• Co – ordination with BHEL for erection, Received Material verification, stacking transportation

and handling in Plants.

• To instruct BHEL regarding the requirement of manpower, machines and material requirement to

improve erection progress.

Maintaining daily progress report (Erection /welding/alignment status), Material Receipt Details,

Plan review report, Drawings and other documentation.

• Checking and verification of Monthly Erection Bill of BHEL.
