• Served as the US Government representative for the Air Force Center for Engineering
and Environment (AFCEE).
• Oversaw the quality of construction projects performed by U.S. prime contractor
• Responsibilities included reviewing designs (civil, mechanical, electrical, topographical,
Sanitary) and
• Ensuring both the designs and as-built work adhered to (at minimum), the Iraqi Building
Code, ACI Code and Inter National Building Code.
• Liaising with installation elements to ensure the rebuilding efforts were not impacted by
regular Installation operations

and several Iraqi Army unit leaders.
