tape measures, and test equipment, such as concrete strength measures, to perform inspections. Independently manages
construction activities. Inspects and supervises the inspection of the contractor work to confirm that contract requirements
are satisfied. Work is performed in accordance with other applicable guidelines and established practices. Prepares and
distributes reports which document and provide basis of payment for the work accomplished. Reviews project plans and
contract documents prior to and during construction.
