OBJECTIVE
A dynamic graduate student seeking a challenging Electrical Engineering full time position in the area of Embedded
Systems and Analog/Digital CMOS IC designing domain.
EDUCATION
Masters of Science in Electrical Engineering (MSEE)
The University Of Texas At Arlington, Arlington, TX May 2015
GPA: 3.33
Bachelors of Engineering (BE)
Gujarat Technological University, GJ, India June, 2009 -
May, 2013
ACADEMIC PROJECTS:
• Designed RISC based 32 Bit ARM processor using microprocessor fundamentals & 4 stage pipelining and
determined the best architecture for cache controller that interfaces to a 32 bit processor & 64 bit data bus.
• Designed SDRAM controller implementing burst length of 4 with steps to minimize microcontroller waiting time
during refresh.
• Developed a project to build a controller and device for a timing intensive asynchronous communications interface
based on the DMX512-A protocol with EF1 topology using microchip pic33FJ128MC802.
• Threading on multicore processors and API’s.
• Designed 16 BIT carry look ahead adder using CVSL logic
• Project on Multiple Input Multiple Output (MIMO) and Coordinated multipoint for 4G LTE. The project
explores MIMO scheme for enhancement of wireless signal reception in diversity systems employing the use of dual-
polarized antennas instead of two spatially separated antennas as a promising cost effective alternative.
• Defined a system level design for a mobile wireless user terminal using block phase algorithm.
• Undergraduate Project: Created a protection panel of 3 Phase Induction Motors using relays MC-12A, MPR300
&MC 31 which is manufactured by Larsen & Toubro Pvt Ltd.
Relevant Coursework in MS: Embedded Microcontroller, Microprocessor Systems, Advanced microprocessor Systems,
Semiconductor device theory, Analog CMOS IC design, Digital VLSI design, Wireless communication, Advance
Wireless Communication, Silicon IC fabrication technology, Real Time Data Acquisition, Electrical Motor Drives
WORK EXPERIENCE/INTERNSHIP
• Resident Assistant, Tutor at The University Of Texas At Arlington August 2014 –Present
Working on a leadership position to help implement the university housing policies and develop a positive environment
and worked with students with diverse learning needs.
• Reliance Industries Ltd. Summer - 2012
Engineering Unit Supervision (Central Engineering Service Dept.)
Duty: Defined system requirements for the highest efficiency at the biggest petrochemical plant in India
• Nish Techno Projects Pvt Ltd. August 2012 – November 2012
