. Project Abstract - ATT uses retail applications for retail outlets. The

project involves regression and function testing of the all applications.

Retail testing includes four applications PDC I, PDC II, OPUS and PHOENIX.

The project involves knowledge transfer by client via extensive Training

programs, Shadowing & Reverse Shadowing phase of Test cases executions.

The execution of the regression test cases was carried on. Reporting and

Verification of defects & bugs was done using Clear Quest/HPQC. The

project detailed study of AT&T core billing systems Care and Telegence

(Amdocs Ensemble).

Work Practice:

Software QA tester with full system development lifecycle experience,

including designing, developing and implementing test plans, test cases and

test processes, fuelling swift corrective actions, significant cost savings

and fault-free audits.

. Working in a User acceptance testing group which is owned by

stakeholders of AT&T and includes process of creating results that are

valuable for END USERs.

. Handling data requirements for the execution of the project through

various data creation and data management tools.

. Tracking and reporting critical defects onto MS tools such as Clear-
