SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS:

Over ** years of experience in multiple welding disciplines including

MIG, TIG, Stick, Flux Core and 2 years of experience in Submerged Arc

Welding having used these processes to weld Carbon Steel from 3mm to 41mm

in thickness, Stainless Steel from 3mm to 3mm in thickness and Aluminum

from 4mm to 25mm in thickness in the structural welding of aviation ground

support equipment including engine transport and installation stands,

support structures for cryogenic storage tanks, wind generator towers and

climate control system support structures.

Over 10 years of experience in the use of hand cutting torches, band

saws, grinders and plasma cutting tools to fit and attach parts to various

structures and in the repair of defects found in welds.

Over 10 years of experience in Non - Destructive testing using manual

height and depth gauges, go/no-go gauges and general visual inspection of

welds for cosmetic imperfections and subsequent repair of these defects.

Over 10 years of experience in the assembly using blueprints and

testing of finished product while at Eaton Aerospace - Aurora.

Over 10 years of experience in the operation of overhead cranes and

various sized forklifts including being designated as the Forklift Safety

Trainer at Eaton Aerospace - Aurora and Vestas Towers in Pueblo, CO and

Crane Safety Trainer at Vestas Towers in Pueblo, CO.

Over 5 years of experience in the use and programming of CNC 2-axis

plasma and flame based pattern cutters to cut carbon and stainless steels

and aluminum including the interpretation of simple drawings and

blueprints to the appropriate operating system used by the cutter.
