Key Achievements

Started as a Supervisor at Discovery Metals when it was still a green Mine

without a Pit.Successfully with the help of out IT Department implemented a

CMMS Program ; This helps our maintenance technicians who are always on the

move, it can be difficult to keep them up to date regarding work orders

that have been assigned to them. By using a web-based CMMS system, our

maintenance technicians can access the system anytime, anywhere via a

desktop computer. A mobile add-on makes it possible for maintenance

technicians to access work orders and information about assets and

inventory via any mobile device. Using a web-based system or mobile add-on,

our maintenance technicians can also close work orders from a desktop

computer or mobile device. This makes a maintenance Planners job easier

because he or she doesn't have to chase after technicians to see if they've

completed work orders. Moreover, having an easy way to update the status of

work orders frees maintenance technicians up to spend more time on

maintenance work.

More efficient use of labor hours

Reduced equipment downtime

Lower spare parts holdings

Faster execution of jobs

Cost savings

Improved workflow

Reduced injuries and stress
