When I worked at Wal-Mart, I started off in a department as a sales clerk. I would organize the department,

updated merchandise, answer any questions from customers, and help other departments which included

cashiering. I later transferred to cashier and worked in the area. I also trained to help in the customer service

area and layaway area.

While working at Duffer Motel, I would great customers checking into their rooms, answering incoming calls

about rooms. I would operate the office functions such as balancing the registrar, prepare daily deposits,

manage customer reservations, and manage staff employees.

I was a sales associate that would help customers with any needs they may need. I would answer incoming

calls from customer with questions they have over purchases, returns, operations. During slow times of the
