. Successfully litigate a broad range of labor and employment matters,
contract disputes and general compliance issues in state and federal
courts throughout the country and before administrative agencies,
including the EEOC, TWC, and NLRB, for a diverse range of companies
including energy, healthcare, pharmaceutical, retail, restaurants,
sales, wholesale, grocery, airline, and transportation.

legal alternatives to costly litigation.
. Draft employment handbooks, personnel policies, and various contracts,
including but not limited to employment contracts, nondisclosure and
noncompete agreements, and separation and release agreements.
. Effectively communicate with clients on complex issues, both through
written and oral communications. Draft discovery and various pre-trial
and trial memorandum, as well as attend hearings, mediation and trial.
. Supervise local counsel in other jurisdictions and create and manage
