• 20 years as an IT professional, 14 years with Davidson Hotel Company and 6 years as a

Consultant with IBM, Corporate Computing, White Tech Group, Sarcom and MicroAge

• PCI-DSS - recommend and implement security options to obtain PCI compliance for Hotels

• SSAE 16 - Primary contact and liaison to external auditors for annual audit to achieve compliance

for the corporate offices. Implement any noted control objectives.

• Implement/Manage Firewall security as well as VPNs on multiple vendor firewall platforms

• Deployed and monitor Antivirus/Antimalware servers and deployed AV software to hundreds of

desktops company-wide for McAfee, AVG and Trend

• Expert in DNS, email routing, DHCP, TCP/IP, Office 365 email, Exchange Server, Microsoft

Servers, Web Application Firewalls, data/email routing, Juniper/Meraki Firewalls, SSL security.

Systems Administrator 3 – Service Master (November 2012 to present)

• Contractor through ProTech with Service Master upgrading/migrating Windows 2003 server to

2012 before support ends July 14th 2015.

Corporate IT Manager/PCI Administrator - Davidson Hotels and Resorts (2004-November 2014)

• Conduct quarterly external and internal vulnerability scans (PCI DSS)

• Manage/monitor SolarWinds Log and event monitor and Juniper STRM

• Train IT staff on security issues and vulnerabilities

• Manage security/AV for 74 VMWare servers (P2V) on 4 physical servers and 2 SANS

• Manage Imperva Web Application Firewall to secure internet facing IIS Servers

• Manage all data for corporate offices including designing backup and DR plans and implementing

Veeam backup/DR in the Amazon S3 cloud.

• Submit forecasted 5 year budget to CEO security needs annually.

Sr. Network Administrator - Davidson Hotels and Resorts (August 2000-2004)

• Manage hub firewalls for Memphis and Atlanta, 50+ spoke firewalls for the hotels including

internal and external routing, intrusion detection systems, SSL VPN (remote access), ISCSI SAN

data routing, and Voice over IP Mitel 5000 PBX phone systems in both offices.

• Upgraded 47 firewalls from Netscreen to Juniper in 47 separate locations and currently maintain

the Juniper SSL firewall for remote access for corporate/hotel users and vendors. Upgraded both

corporate offices to Meraki firewalls and implemented/manage external connections to both

networks and WAN acceleration between locations. Currently supervising the upgrade of hotels

from Juniper to Meraki firewalls to consolidate the platform.
