Procedure (MOP) in time to meet project schedule.
Interfaced with NTSG’s staging team to schedule equipment staging in our warehouse and prepare for shipping.
Prepared RFQs and Purchase Orders for procurement of optical fibers, cables, racks, cabinets, auxiliary framing, and

NTSG Process Improvement Initiatives:
Developed the NTSG Site Survey Requirements Package and gained acceptance of its use companywide for
all site surveys, which resulted in significant savings in our engineering and project management costs.
Created a Rack Elevation Stencil for creating equipment elevation drawings and gained acceptance of its
use companywide. This MS Visio tool reduced the time needed to create these drawings by 50%, and
ensured NTSG’s drawings had a consistent look and feel to the client.
Created the Project Dashboard Tool and gained companywide acceptance of its use for all projects. This MS
Excel tool provided a consistent executive level view of a ll projects in progress.
Took ownership and re-engineered the AT&T Site Access Process, significantly reducing the costs associated
with site surveys, installation, and integration.
Alcatel Lucent - Product Serviceability Engineer - Lisle, IL [2002 - 2006]
Team lead for a small group of support engineers responsible for developing, documenting, obtaining approval, and
implementing a new product serviceability engineering process. The goal of the new process was to reduce support costs
approximately 10-30% while maintaining or improving customer satisfaction ratings.
