PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Engineer I at Fathom 4, LLC, June 2013 – Present
Conduct Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) of rapid prototype to mass integration of
Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and
Reconnaissance, (C4ISR) systems in Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) vehicles.
Instrumental through CPI efforts in saving over $2M (20%) in costs by finding and correcting
workflow inefficiencies using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
Set up data collection systems providing better clarity at the project and program level. These
Quality and performance analysis feedback loops resulted in minimized rework and increased
ROI.
Provided configuration management support for the prototype, design, production, and
subsequent life cycle sustainment for various technical and DOD level projects. These efforts
resulted in increased visibility and control of the projects’ performance.
