process pattern, carving, engraving, construct splint on mould model making done.

Casting in computerized furnace need observation and some training. Taking shade done,

Single, dual, Multi colour shade and mix colour shade.

Need some training in CAD, CAM for ceramic job, E-MAX, CAD Prosthetic work, Fixed

Full Denture.

Am doing removable Orthodontic Appliance. Though I can make the Fix Ortho Appliance but

I don't have such facility at present.

Need some training and observation.

Implant fix Full and partial can do need some practice, no such facility.

Crown and Bridge Ceramic; ---At present no such facility. Can do the job, need some practice

in Metal Fused Porcelain, veneer.

Had done centrifugal Gold / Golden casting alloy with blower /gas along Acrylic facing.

Have not used sand Blasting machine, Electric arc furnace computerized, ceramic Backing

oven/ furnace /

Oxyacetylene gas for chrome cobalt / ferrous casting

Need Observation and Practice especially in controlling the proper mixing of oxygen and

acetylene gas

For Blue Flame to melt the metal. Now a day High Temperature melting arc furnace is used,

not operated.

Waxing and acrylic base metal can do, shade matching and mixing too.

Practice and training are required, especially vacuum gauging pressure during flask filling

material, heating

Process duration of heating and material packing. Grinding and finishing I do know.

Buffing and polishing machine used for polishing of Dentures and metals.

Spot, butt welding, Soldering Machine not used for Fixed orthodontic appliance and cast

metal alloy,

Have not used the fixed orthodontic bands and tools and Devices.

All types of finishing, grinding burr used.

Airotors used for finishing grinding teeth natural and artificial bait

All laser light cure composite material with the laser light cure machine used and Glass

ionomer.

E-Max not used, but do have some knowledge. Acrylic crown cap made.

Casting Section; casting, centrifugal machine has not used instead had used hand swing

centrifugal

Bowel, muffle heating / backing / melting arc furnace not used. Do know know how.

Graphite crucible used for gold / golden alloy casting and its melting flux.

Casting Wax Sheet, Wax stick, Gold investment plaster used.

Silica Crucibal, silica gel, silicate which is used in ceramic job-work is not used.

Sand Blasting machine not used. Grinding, finishing, cutting, polishing of metal done.

Gold crown and Bridge work; Done with acrylic onlay, inlay Pontic faces, made golden upper

/Lower plate.

CAD / CAM have not used do have some knowledge need training.

I do need some sessions of training, observation and practice in the commercial Laboratory

Environment to enhance my knowledge, skills Expertization

In the field which in short duration of time I will pick up. I do need proper Dental Laboratory

Technician course to get recognized GDC registration.
