functional projects supporting an organized and consolidated security posture for the Department of
Defense supporting organizational strategic initiatives. Efforts resulted in mitigation of email and DNS
exploitations and attacks.
• Applied the continuous service improvement strategy to decrease the number of special interest missions
that were being interrupted by network outages; identified key performance indicators, implemented
controls and developed a partnership with mission partners to provide a 24x7 global virtual collaboration
tool. Effort resulted in less than 1% mission failure due to authorized service interruptions, and the
capability to quickly restore connectivity to critical systems during network outages.
