of the Symmetrix family of storage array's
release codes in the area of maintenance, infrastructure
and configuration changes while
under load from sources such as ISCSI (Windows 2000), HP,
Solaris, IBM Mainframe, Fibre Channel
I/O, RDF Replication etc.. Test upgrading firmware such as Bios,
Post, MBR, etc. while system was active.
Symmetrix Manufacturing Test
Technician I (1995-1996)
Responsible for testing Symmetrix storage
array hardware in various environments
such as Heat Rooms and Cool Rooms to insure system
qualifications and integrity under stress.
Run IO from Servers and Mainframe through
Fibre channel and SCSI connections while systems
are running diagnostic code. Debug issues as they
presented themselves and work with
Diagnostic Engineers on proper course of action.
