Responsibilities

I assist customer with their billing and payments and also book appointment to have a technicians come to

the customer household to resolve any technical issues the customers have with the product. Provide great

customer service and educated the customer of our product and perks to offer. Listen to any concerns the

customer have and provide a great solution to make the customer happy.

Accomplishments

I showed great customer service and passed all of my Q/A's, which are evaluations of our phone calls. The

call center was so impressed that I got promoted 7 months and earned 12.08 per hour for a better position

that required more responsibility but very rewarding position.

Skills Used

I used computer literacy, customer service, and took at least 30-40 calls a day. I am also a fast learner and

learn to adapt to change quickly.
