Responsible for developing and evaluating visual replenishment signals and application of other lean supply

production inventory.

Directed an impromptu physical inventory, necessitated by corporate acquisition, yielding 99% accuracy of

a $40M balance.

Improved the methodology utilized to analyze and calculate kanban levels, allowing inventory levels to be
