Managed construction, extraction, operations, regulatory compliance, sales and P & L.
Involved in host community negotiations, regulatory liaison, extensive involvement with hydro-
geological investigation (unique sub-surface conditions due to nearby century old limestone
quarry dewatering) and facility master planning/phasing. Managed and constructed a Wetland
Mitigation Project/Wetland Banking for other surrounding communities. Developed a Par-3 9
hole Golf Practice Facility & Driving Range on a closed portion of the facility.

Managed all civil, construction and environmental projects including permitting of a
closed Halite mine below the City of Detroit and suburbs (site within Melvindale, MI.)
Managed a Type II Environmental Protection Facility in south central Illinois (Hillsboro)
and a Wetland mitigation project in Augusta Twp., (former Martin Marietta clinker mine
site) and property manager of surrounding area approximately 2205 acres. Managed
numerous subtitle C & D facilities throughout the mid-west and upper south (i.e., Ohio,
Kentucky, Tennessee, West Virginia)
Managed extraction, construction, liner installation and certification of seven cell
excavations and closures at the above locations. Worked on a LFG delivery system to a
General Motors assembly plant in Orion Township, Michigan.
