The main theme of the project was to bring the CNC Machine into Active Working Condition which is in

Break-Down Condition from the past 4 Years. Primarily carried out the Overhauling of Various Motors viz. 20HP

Induction Motor, X and Y Axes Servo Motors and Encoders and then Overhauling & Re-Connections on Seimens

Make Switchgear, Relay System, Coordinating with Siemens Service Engineer in Re -Programming the Siemens

make Automation System (Sinumeric 810D CNC System, Simatic S7 200 PLC, & HMI) with the Help of Totally

Integrated Automation-Siemens, also Re-Commissioning of 20HP AC VFD, Servo Drives.
