Originally hired as a Paint and wall covering Specialist, where I proved myself by giving excellent
customer service for which I received several accommodations. I was promoted to Flooring Department
Head where I led the district in sales and installation for several months.
I was promoted to Special Services Supervisor, where I utilized my communication and problem solving
skills to coordinate special orders and installations between homeowners and contractors.
I was then promoted to loss prevention supervisor for a seven store district. In this position I worked
closely with store management teams to prevent loss from both internal and external sources, and store
safety for customers and employees alike. I taught classes to new department heads and cashiers about
their roles and responsibilities as they pertain to safety and loss prevention.
