Retaining Walls, Cranes and Rails, Metal Decks, Piles, Piers, Caissons, Grade Beams, Helical

Anchors, Form work, Scaffolding, Abatement, Demolition and Earthquake Reconnaissance.

Submittals, Shop Drawings, Value Engineering, General Conditions, Plan Check, and Drafting.

Veterans Affairs Medical Center Solar Projects REC Solar - Contractor Sept 2009-May 2011

Program Manager for Design/Build Solar Contractor working on VA Hospital projects in Tucson,

Reno, West Haven, Long Beach, Fresno, Palo Alto, Los Angeles, Miami and Tampa. Liaison to

the Federal Government and coordination of engineering, procurement, construction and

Project Manager – General Contractor – A.J. Diani Construction Co., Inc. – Dec 1999 to Oct 2003

Design/build manager and oversight of multiple projects, coordinating various trades and consultants,

subcontractors, and work force. Responsibilities including Quality Control, Payment Applications, Change

Order Negotiations, RFI’s, Submittals, Letters, Scheduling, Code Compliance, Estimating, Budget, Value
